Rancho Sierra Vista Satwiwa waterfall hike up close

This was my first time doing the Rancho Sierra Vista waterfall hike. This hike is 3.6 miles round trip. It took me around 2 hours of hiking and I spent an hour climbing up the waterfall taking lots of photos. Southern California got a few inches of much needed rain 3 weeks ago. I have not seen the Santa Monica mountains this green in a long time. You can still see a lot of damage from the springs fire at the top of the canyon, on the first half of this hike. At the bottom of the canyon, I hopped stones across the creek bed, into a different world full of lush green plant life.
